The IMEI code is a unique serial number for your mobile phone. You can view it by entering *#06# on your mobile phone and your IMEI will be displayed on your handset screen. You can also find this information on the back of your device, usually in the battery compartment.
Your IMEI will display at your phone like 321456-98-987456-1 or 321456989874561 (A 15 digit unique code).
3. Can I cancel an order?
No, once the submit button has been clicked and the order is complete it cannot be cancelled.
4. Can I download software directly to my phone?
Yes, to download software directly to your phone, use your handset to browse http://mobile.mobolan.com.
5. Can I try out the application before buying?
Yes, for some selected products, a trial version is provided.
6. How do I install Symbian application (.sis)?
When you purchase a Symbian application, you receive a downloadable file (.sisx or .sis) after PayPal processing page. Save the application file to your computer. If you are using Nokia phone, install the application file to your mobile by using PC Suite. Otherwise, copy the application file from PC to your mobile and execute the file to install. 7. How do I install Java application (.jad, .jar)?
When you purchase a Java application, you receive a zip files after PayPal processing page. Extract from the zip file, there will be 2 application files (.jad and .jar). Save the 2 files to your computer. Copy both files from PC to your mobile and execute the .jad file to install.
